TERMS AND CONDITIONS The remaining balance is due before the first day of class. The balance may be paid at the time of online registration. Please feel free to take advantage of our pay-as-you-go options: PayPal, Stripe and Klarna. Once the full payment is made, we do NOT allow reschedules within the SAME quarter and we do NOT refund the registration fee for ANY reason. We will reschedule a review ticket prior to the next semester/quarter if a documentable excuse is submitted through email for approval. Once approved, we will reschedule, when the course becomes available on the originally scheduled date; if the course fees have changed once a new date is chosen, the student is responsible for any price discrepancies. We do not allow changes in instructors if a reschedule is requested. In class: Breaks are scheduled at the discretion of the instructor. We will not repeat any information that you may have missed due to tardiness or unscheduled breaks. Online: All course work must be completed by schedule date and time per instructor. ABSOLUTELY NO IPADS OR CELL PHONES ARE USED DURING LIVE REMOTE PROCTORING EXAM. We will do a compatibility check on your computer to confirm you are exam ready and you will receive an email link to register your exam. Either you can go to a PSI location in your state to take your exam in-person. ZNM Training Center, Inc uses the NHA Certification Exam as their recognized examination for PCT certification. The exam is 100 questions and is given with a 1 hour and 50-minute time limit. Pass the exam and you will receive your certification. I acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older and have a Diploma/GED. I understand that upon finding of any falsification of my identity, documents or previous education that I will forfeit all monies and deposits and will be terminated from the course. I understand that my exam and e-book are included in the course and if I want a hand-held study guide, I am responsible for making additional purchases.
