CAREGIVER
QUALIFICATIONS
Our caregivers undergo thorough interviewing, testing, and screening prior to employment. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple background checks, reference checks, license verifications when applicable, driver record screenings, and a formal orientation. Additionally, caregivers are regularly supervised and evaluated to help ensure that you or your loved one is receiving the attention they deserve. We are sensitive to the physical and emotional needs of each patient.
Once new hires join our team, we offer opportunities for our caregivers to grow personally and professionally. We provide our caregivers with continuing education. Care For All is designed to reward our caregivers with credits in an effort to help them advance their careers and maintain their certifications through web-based training.
